A recruitment partner for employers and skilled workers
We are a Bangladesh-based international recruitment company. We introduce skilled and semi-skilled workers to employers who have a defined requirement, and we guide candidates through screening and document preparation. We do not claim a placement record, a government approval, or a visa success rate on this website.
Recruitment services
Services for international employers and for Bangladeshi candidates. Read the full scope on Our Services.
[1]
Work visa recruitment
We help employers and candidates prepare for work-visa recruitment where a genuine job requirement exists. This includes understanding the role, screening candidates, and coordinating employment documents. Visa approval is decided by the authorities, not by us.
[2]
Study visa support
We explain study-visa pathways, typical admission and document checklists, and the difference between a study plan and a work permit. We do not promise admission or a visa decision.
[3]
Travel visa support
We help travellers understand the purpose of a travel visa, the usual document set, and appointment preparation. A travel visa is not a work permit and does not authorise employment.
[4]
Skilled manpower supply
We source construction workers, electricians, plumbers, technicians, drivers, factory workers, and welders for employers who have a defined requirement. Matching depends on skills, documents, and employer selection.
European labour markets
We concentrate on Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, and Germany. These are target markets. A marker is not an office and not an open vacancy.
Questions we are often asked
Short answers are below. The FAQ page has the same points in one place.
[1]
Do you guarantee a work visa or a job?
No. An inquiry, an application, or document preparation does not guarantee selection, a work permit, a study visa, a travel visa, or departure.
[2]
Are these European jobs already confirmed?
Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, and Germany are target labour markets. A country page or an occupational profile is not a statement that a vacancy is open today.
[3]
Which trades do you recruit?
Construction workers, electricians, plumbers, technicians, drivers, factory workers, and welders. Other trades can be discussed when an employer defines them.
[4]
What are typical candidate requirements?
Relevant experience, a trade certificate where the job needs one, basic language ability named by the employer, and medical or police clearance when the process requires them. These are typical requirements, not a legal promise that a candidate will qualify.
